There is likely nothing about BMW motorcycles Phil cannot do and do exceptionally well. "In May 2008 I bought my dream bike a R1200 GS Adventure. John and Mark were great. I took delivery a few days later. I headed west to Colorado and rode mountain passes. In March of 2009 I developed a problem with the bike. My wife and I rode to Nashville Indiana and ate. When we came back the bike wouldn't start. It was a saturday and the dealership was about to close. I called John and explained what was going on. John offered to come pick my bike up. WOW WHAT SERVICE. I explained I would use the rode side assistance. When I realized the dealership would be closed I panicked thinking my bike was going to be in an impound yard until Tuesday when the dealership reopened. I called John back and he told me that himself or Mark could return to the dealership to tuck my bike away inside the dealership again what service. Jeff in service issued me a 2009 K1300GT to ride while he diagnosed my bike. It was discovered BMW received a bad batch of fuel injectors. I'm back on my GS burning up the roads gravel and paved. A big thanks to John , Mark and Jeff for the great service I received. Troy Love "
